I came to hypnotherapy initially as a client, after a radio interview that went horribly wrong. After just one session my confidence speaking in front of crowds and on media had radically improved, and today I give talks around Europe.

My second session years later tackled a response to a specific trigger that used to send me into a rage where I would lose all sense of proportion, along with my wits and my sense of humour. Guided trance revealed what was behind that response and how it was protecting me, and how I could look after myself more skilfully.

I have been fascinated with mind-tweaking since reading science fiction as a child, and I have been practicing meditation and ritual for 20 years, but things clicked up a gear through hypnosis and self-hypnosis. My mind has become a treasure rather than a torment, and my obsessional tendencies channelled safely into creative projects.

I am trained in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy with the Clifton Practice, and registered with the National Board for Modern Psychotherapy.
